Summer Camps

Our one-hour Kids Fitness Basics class is the perfect introduction to exercise for pre-teens who are new to the gym and eager to get moving! Designed for kids aged 8–11*, this upbeat and engaging class focuses on building confidence, coordination, and strength through fun, age-appropriate workouts. With a mix of games, bodyweight exercises, and beginner-friendly movements, kids will learn the foundations of fitness in a safe, supportive environment led by energetic instructors who make fitness feel like play. It’s all about moving, learning, and having a blast!

Class size per session is limited to 10

Our 90-minute Teen Strength & Skills class is designed for teens ages 11–15* who are ready to take their fitness to the next level in a supportive and energetic environment. This dynamic class combines strength training, functional movements, and skill-building exercises to help teens improve their overall athleticism, coordination, and confidence. With a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and progressive challenges, each session is both fun and empowering—whether your teen is training for a sport or just looking to get stronger and feel great. Led by motivating coaches, it’s the perfect mix of serious fitness and good vibes!

*Age groups for summer camps are meant to delineate the level of ability, focus, and drive. They are not a hard-and-fast rule, but a guideline. If your kiddo is outside the age range, but would probably do better in the other, feel free to sign them up where you feel is appropriate.
