9 am - doubles, wall ball, chest to bar, run

Tuesday - bench, squat snatch

9 am - hollow rock, super man, plan -then- air squat, kb swing, burpee, sit up

Wednesday - ttb, deadlift, hang power snatch, shoulder to over head

9 am - wall ball, sumo deadlift high pull, box jumps, push press, calorie

Thursday - strict press, calorie row, double unders, run

9 am - doubles, run, burpee box jump, kb swings, row

Friday - deadlift, muscle ups

9 am - run, bike, row
